Shipping Policy

When placing an order with Albars Den we offer a 2nd class shipping for £5. This stands for all orders under £100. Over that threshold and the shipping fee will be removed.

We aim to disptach all orders recieved before 1pm on the same day. Orders recieved after this point will then be dispatched next working day. During festive periods due to the potential of an increase in orders it may not always be possible to dispatch orders on the same day.

A signature may be required, therefore where possible please enter a delivery address at which someone will be available to receive your item(s).

If a no one is available for receipt of your order please note down a safe space for your items. If this is requested we cannot then be held responsible for any loss, theft or damage.

Returns

At Albars Den we strive to ensure that all items you purchase are of a high quality and suited to you. However, if you decide something isn’t quite right for you we offer opportunities to either return or receive store credit. From purchasing any item you have two weeks (14 days) to return an item, as long as it is in original condition. Alternatively, the store credit enables you to return the item and use the credit amount against your next purchase.

Goods that are returned to us by post are sent at your own cost and you will be refunded or credited upon arrival of the item(s) so long as the everything is in original condition. Returned items must not be worn, damaged or stained in any way and must be as they were when purchased.
